“I am honored and privileged to be part of the present and future of a University with such rich past. I am humbled to accept the stewardship of a University that for 118 years has served the Church and the country through the formation of Christ-centered citizens, and socially- responsible members and leaders of our society who have shaped a legacy of excellence in catholic education,” President Silab said in her inaugural address.
