Camella Dumaguete blessed the three Model Houses the traditional Filipino way. From the Catholic mass to the merienda with delicious local delicacies of cochinta, cassava cake and empanada, the ceremony bespoke of family bonds and faith.

The Camella team along with its family of agents, brokers and buyers gathered for this event; which is a typical religious ritual started by early Catholicism intended to protect inhabitants from unforeseen occurrences.

Apart from its religiosity the ceremony is more of a social event and touches of modern practices meant to usher in prosperity were inserted; like the throwing of coins that is basically a Chinese practice and the breaking of a wine bottle led by contractor/engineer Engr. Napoleon Balag, Engr. Karlo Pacuribot, and Engr. Vilmor Gentilezo that is a European tradition.

Camella Dumaguete blends the advantages of countryside charm and urban comfort. Residents will wake up to a refreshing scent of Carribean pine trees surrounding the entire subdivision, and will enjoy strolls around lush gardens, pocket parks and meditation ponds set against a magnificent view of the Negros Oriental Twin Peaks.

Camella Dumaguete is part of the largest homebuilder in the Philippines, Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. that has built over 250,000 houses in 21 provinces in 48 cities and municipalities.
