Business owners in Dumaguete City have until Jan. 20 to file for their business/Mayor’s permits after downloading and filling up the online application forms.

City Administrator Lilani Ramon has urged business owners and entrepreneurs to follow the steps in processing the permits through the electronic Business One-Stop Shop (e-BOSS), said to be a simplified and cost-efficient system.

The e-BOSS is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Meanwhile, the City Treasurer’s Office has started accepting business license/tax payments for 2025, Real Property Tax payments, and has also begun to issue community tax certificates (cedula),  Professional Tax Receipts, and other clearances needed in securing the 2025 Mayor’s Permit.

Business entrepreneurs are encouraged to process their permits early to avoid the last-minute rush in beating the deadline, and incurring surcharges. (PR)
