Knowing how to use technology is a key requirement today. The 21st century skills are imperative to implement in our classrooms in order to prepare our students for our globalized workforce. People in all walks of life make use of the mobile and online efficiencies that we have all come to expect not more so than students- in our daily lives.

Educators must find that best ways to integrate technology in fulfilling curriculum requirements, but many useful technologies are available off to shelf, some were for free. Teachers nowadays are innovative and creative enough that allows the class to work through interactive demonstration board with other materials together, tools that enable new kinds of teaching and learning. Access LRMDS (Learning Resource Materials and Development (LRMDS) to engaging and transformative content for some tested and reliable learning portals engaging different area of disciplines. 21st Century Learning can take place in every school. Learning environments aren’t revolutionalized by installing in few cool gadgets here and there. Far more important is the educator’s role in employing today’s technologies to make material accessible, and engaging-in other words moving students to create, communicate, and collaborate in ways never before possible.
