Camella successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony recently, ushering in the company’s construction of model houses and a showcase area complete with carefully- designed interiors and landscapes to give the buyers a better feel of what a Camella home will be.
“As Dumaguete City has the boulevard as its showcase window to highlight the beauty and rich culture of the city, Camella Dumaguete will also come up with a showcase area to give the buyers a walk-through on their future homes,” Camella Dumaguete Gen. Manager Joseph Sison said.
Dumaguete City Mayor Manuel Sagarbarria and Vice Mayor Alan Gel Cordova joined the ceremonial dropping of the plan capsule.
Camella offers affordable house and lot with flexible financing schemes.
The model houses include: Carmela (64 sq.m), Drina (81 sq.m), and Elaisa (96 sq.m); mirroring a masterplan that spans 3.5 hectares along Palinpinon Road in Barangay Candau-ay. It will be a community with an enviable blend of city life and country charm with great panoramas, open spaces, and a magnificent view of the famous Negros Oriental Twin Peaks. It will also feature jogging trails, lush gardens, and a meditation pond.
