It will be a one-stop house- hunting haven for buyers as Camella Dumaguete and partner bank Unionbank hold a special investors’ day dubbed as the Housing Deal Caravan on Sept. 24 starting at 4 pm along Rizal Blvd.

The Housing Deal Caravan provides buyers a better picture of the competitive banking rates, information about the requirements, pre- approval and loan processing at Unionbank.

Camella Dumaguete is nearing completion of the construction of its model houses Carmela, Drina and Elaisa.

“Since the model houses will be finished soon, this special investors’ day is meant to further assist our buyers. Each buyer who will reserve will go through the immediate processing of their loans,” said Camella Dumaguete General Manager Joseph Sison.

He said they expect overseas Filipino workers and local businessmen to participate in housing deal caravan.

Reservations for Camella Dumaguete during the Housing Deal Caravan will get outright cash discounts of P20,000 for Rina and Marga units; P30,000 for Carmela; P40,000 for Drina; and P50,000 for Elaisa units.

Spot cash buyers also get as much as P300,000 discount.

Camella Dumaguete along Palinpinon Road in barangay Cadawinonan is ingeniously designed as a master-planned community with CCTV system, gate with 24/7 security guards, a pavilion, playground, basketball court, meditation pond, and a panoramic view of the famous twin peak mountains of Negros.
