Camella Dumaguete joins the efforts at promoting Dumaguete City as a prime summer destination. An unveiling of the WOW Summer na! campaign will be held on Saturday March 24 at the development site along Palinpinon Road.

People are encouraged to see the transformation of Camella Dumaguete as the newest tourist attraction. Carribean pine trees abound with lush gardens, pocket parks and meditation ponds set against a magnificent view of the Negros Oriental Twin Peaks better known as Cuernos de Negros — a majestic mountain range.

Completing the picture is a grandiose gate with CCTV security system, jogging trails; basketball court, children’s playground and pavilion. These extraordinary amenities will make Dumaguete not just a destination hub but more so as a pleasant environment to retire in and settle.

Dumaguete has the perfect blend of urban convenience and countryside charm. It is rich in history and culture yet filled with commercial stores and restaurants, all within easy reach.

On the east border is a wide beachfront promenade where you can see the beautiful Dumaguete Bay under the cool canopies of giant acacia trees. Specialty restaurants offer an array of delectable dishes. Jeepneys and pedicabs, motorbikes and scooters are the vehicles of choice but otherwise you can gain access through leisurely walks. Living here is truly pleasant especially in the city’s newest premier address — Camella Dumaguete.

Certainly Camella Dumaguete increases one’s pride of place and offers a sense of community for those who call Dumaguete their home. It is a part of Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., the country’s largest homebuilder with 250,000 houses in 21 provinces in 48 cities and municipalities. For inquiries, visit Camella Dumaguete at Plaza Milagros Bldg., Gov. Perdices St. or call (035) 421-0911 or www.camella.com.ph.
