Commission on Higher Education Region 7 Director Freddie Bernal will address the graduates of Foundation University during the commencement exercises on Saturday, March 22.
Bernal, who just assumed as Ched 7 Director this year, will be making his first trip to Dumaguete for the FU Commencement. He will also meet with other colleges and universities during his visit.
A native of Bicol, Bernal was previously assigned as Director of Ched Cordillera Region and the Ched Bicol Region.
Bernal aims to visit all the 158 institutions of higher learning in the Visayas during his term. (Paul Edward Bajas)
