Dennis Trillo renews contract with GMA Network

Award-winning dramatic actor and recording artist Dennis Trillo remains a Kapuso after signing another exclusive contract with GMA Network, Inc.

Present in the contract signing were GMA officials: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe Gozon, President and Chief Operating Officer Gilberto Duavit Jr., GMA Films President Atty. Annette Abrogar, Entertainment TV’s Senior Vice President Lilybeth Rasonable, 1st VP for Program Support Regie Bautista, VP for Entertainment TV Marivin Arayata, VP for Drama Productions Redgie Magno, AVP for Alternative Productions Gigi Lara, AVP for Corporate Communications AngelaCruz, AVP for Drama Cheryl Sy, Program Managers for ETV Charles Koo and Jocelyn Pacleb, and Trillo’s manager Popoy Caritativo.

During the contract signing, Trillo said he is happy to renew his contract with GMA 7 which he considers his home for the past 11 years.

Trillo started his career in GMA in 2003, and from then on, was given a variety of TV projects which showcased his versatility and range as an actor. At present, Trillo not only dabbles at acting on the small and big screens, but also tries his hand at singing following the success of his record album TomDen with fellow Kapuso star Tom Rodriguez. Their album has now reached the Gold record award, with over 10,000 units sold in combined digital and CD sales.

Rasonable said Trillo is “one the most talented and hardworking actors in GMA”.

Dennis Trillo was born Abelardo Dennis Florencio Trillo Ho to parents Abelardo Leslie & Florita Ho. His Dumaguete-raised grandparents are Exequiel Ho, Sr. from Manjuyod, and Luz Emperado Quiambao-Ho from La Libertad. (GMA News)
