Three local lawyers were among the Top 10 in the real estate broker licensure examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in March, the Professional Regulation Commission said.
Atty. Ramon Antonio Ruperto ranked No. 6, Atty. Marita Ann Ong ranked No. 9, and Atty. Niña Rica Ruperto-Teves ranked No. 10. The PRC said 1,928 out of 2,969 passed the licensure examination.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo Ong, chairman; Ramon Cuervo III, Florencio Diño II, and Rafael Fajardo. (With reports from ABS-CBN News)
