56,606 Dgte residents now vaccinated

The City Health Office and volunteer health workers have vaccinated against COVID-19 about 59,606 eligible City residents, including minors, as of Nov. 25.

About 104,201 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to eligible residents using Sinovac, Astra-Zeneca, Moderna, Sinopharm, Pfizer and the single dose Janssen jabs.

City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sarah Talla disclosed that on Nov. 22, 677 individuals received their COVID-19 jabs in the three vaccination sites at Pulantubig Gym along Rovira Road Extension, at the 2nd floor of Robinsons Place, and at the Greyhound Garden at the Foundation University north campus along V. Locsin St., including those who returned to get their second doses.

Of the 59,606 eligible residents vaccinated: 2,661 are medical frontliners (A1); 7,634 senior citizens (A2); 9,003 persons with comorbidities (A3); 16,375 are frontline personnel (A4); 19,858 indigents (A5); 2,625 other adults; and 1,450 are pediatric patients (12-17 years old). (City PIO)
