Interested applicants who are incoming 3rd year college students will need to access the online application at https://jlss.science-scholarships.ph/

The applicant must have a valid and secure email address, a working cellphone number, and stable internet connection before accessing the site.

To qualify for the application process, the student must be a regular second year college student enrolled in a DOST-SEI priority S&T course at identified universities in the Second Semester of AY 2021-2022. The scholarship application is open to applicants regardless of socio-economic status. For students with high aptitude in science and mathematics who belong to families whose socio-economic status exceeds the set of values of certain indicators, the student may apply for the Merit Scholarship.
