If my memory serves me right, I have only posted about Ryu Sushi once online.
Ryu Sushi is one of those brands that once you lay your eyes and hands on it, you just want to gobble it up right away. You are just too excited about digging in, knowing that it’s going to be a good meal each time you get one.
The owners of Ryu Sushi are ever-so-resilient towards constant changes in Dumaguete’s food scene. They just don’t easily give up.
I wish I had that mentality, that warrior attitude to take in as much stress, as much work, as much wounds as possible just to grow the brand.
Here’s Ryu Sushi’s best flavors thus far:
Kurranchi shrimp or chicken
Beef samurai
Hadoken
Crazy tuna
Shogun salmon
Garden salad-something
Even if they don’t show me the menu, I know what to order from Ryu Sushi by heart.
And since I mentioned about posting online on social media, it helps a lot that you post/upload what you are about to eat! (And tag the restaurant.)
I cannot stress this enough. It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the ones cooking a delicious meal for us. (Well, there’s paying, too, but you get it….)
Sometimes, posting it online even feels better than tipping! It’s a good affirmation of the things that other people do/create for our pleasure.
That one post means so much to restaurant owners and operators and chefs and crew. (Bisan walay caption, derecho post!)
It’s a little effort on the part of the customer, but you don’t realize the huge impact it has on the growth and development of the business.
If you want your local restaurants to stay with us in the community longer, show them some encouragement by patronizing them, posting on social media before eating, and promoting them to friends, family, and guests.
Doing any of that takes only about…what, 40 seconds to a minute?!
Don’t worry about that perfect lighting effect, or meticulously-written captions, just post it!
At this point, Ryu Sushi is also reminding me that I’m actually on a diet….
