Reelected First District Board Member Liland Bustamante-Estacion came out as number one among the 10 Provincial Board Members of Negros Oriental, in the official Comelec ranking released recently.

The Comelec made the ranking to determine the order of succession, in case a vacancy will occur in the executive level.

Board Member Erwin Michael Macias (2nd District) is second in the list.

The ranking is determined by the proportion of votes obtained by each winning bet as against the total number of registered voters in each district.

Atty. Juvenal Tuale, acting provincial election supervisor, said there were 246,673 registered voters in the first district; 285,123, second district; and 232,141, third district.

The rest of the BMs are ranked as follows: Jessica Jane Koppin, Mariant Villegas, Melliemoore Saycon, Georgita Martinez, Clyborne Clyde Lim, Peve Ligan, Edmund Dy, and Rommel Erames. (AP)
