DENR 7 Provincial Environment & Natural Resources Officer Charlie Fabre is back to Negros Oriental after a one year stint as OIC regional director for DENR Caraga region.
Fabre assumed office after a turnover ceremony on Feb. 26.
Fabre will replace OIC PENRO Engr. Viernov Grefalde who will now be assigned as chief of Technical Services for PENRO Negros Oriental.
During the turn-over ceremony, DENR 7 Assistant Regional Director Eduardo Inting congratulated PENRO Fabre for a job well done in leading DENR Caraga citing the numerous challenges and issues he had to face in Agusan and Surigao provinces/cities. (Jeanette Orcullo)
