FU outstanding alumni awards open for nominations

The Foundation University Alumni Association Inc. is now accepting nominations for this year’s Outstanding Alumni Awards.

According to FUAA Inc. President Dr. Charlotte Carino, the nominee must possess exemplary professional expertise, involved in socio-civic engagements and has great integrity and ethical reputation.

Nominators may elect outstanding alumni in the following categories: Arts & Culture, Community Service, Corporate/Business Management/Banking, Economics & Accountancy, Education, Engineering, Food & Agriculture, Government/Public Service, Health & Medicine, Information Technology, Law & Jurisprudence, and the Sciences.

Anyone with the FU Alumni Card ID can nominate other alumni bearing the Alumni ID, and must present three copies of the Rationale for the Nomination specifying the category for which the candidate is nominated and a description of how the nominee fits into each criteria, three copies of the nominee’s signed resume, and three copies of recent 2×2 photo signed at the back by the nominee.

All nominations must be submitted on or before June 5 to the FUAA Inc. at the Balay sa Alumni, FU North Campus at Dr. V. Locsin St.

Awarding will be during the Grand Alumni Homecoming on July 4 at FU Main Campus in time for the Founding Day anniversary. (Febby Marton Rule)
