Foundation University once again proved its dominance in the field of visual arts after it was adjudged champion of the First Negros Oriental “PINTA-LAWAS,” a body painting competition featuring the endangered bird species here in Negros Oriental, during the 7th Philippine Bird Festival held at Silliman University. Aside from the championship, Foundation University’s two entries, Flame-Templed Babbler and Rufous-Lored Kingfisher, also won Best Head Dress /Handheld props.
