GMA Network scored another victory as it bagged the Most Outstanding Television Station of the Year honor from the 34th Rotary Club of Manila Journalism Awards.

GMA Chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon received the citation during ceremonies held May 22. “The Rotary Club, like our company, takes pride in its integrity and impartiality. This is the seventh time that GMA is given this honor by the Rotary Club of Manila and we are very proud of this achievement,” Gozon said.

The Journalism Awards recognizes outstanding works in print, television and radio and is one of the most anticipated recognitions coming from the Rotary Club of Manila, with awardees carefully deliberated upon by the Journalism Awards Committee, with concurrence by the General Assembly. (PR)
