The Department of Environment & Natural Resources-NIR Regional Director Al Orolfo has officially installed Viernov Grefalde as the new Office-in-Charge of the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Negros Oriental.
Grefalde, former Chief of Technical Services Division of PENRO-Negros Oriental, has been appointed OIC-PENRO Friday after his predecessor, Charlie Fabre, was promoted as regional director of DENR in the CARAGA region.
DENR Undersecretary for Field Operations Philip Camara had appointed Grefalde recently to the PENRO post.
Grefalde said he will taken on the “gargantuan task of holding the foundation of this office to maintain the protection of our environment and natural resources in Negros Oriental”. (JFP)
