How does reclamation impact fisheries?

Regarding the reclamation project at the Dumaguete boulevard, I’d like to see 1) if there is (and to what extent) any consideration and analysis of the positive and negative impacts on fisheries, in the Environmental Impact Assessment done on the project, and 2) what conditionalities and fisheries-related mitigation measures are specified in the Environmental Compliance Certificate issued for the project.

I presume there are these, for both are requisites for a reclamation project.

Then we could assess if fisheries are as amply-protected in the project as are its intended purposes.

A complete ECC, as I understand it, has provisions on conditionalities to include mitigation measures and required multi-sector monitoring of compliance to the conditionalities. It also refers to the findings in the EIA.
