Metro Dumaguete Water announces the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer, Engr. Robert Cabiles, effective April 1, 2024.

Engr. Robert Cabiles is a visionary leader in the water industry. He has more than 12 years of combined experience in water supply operations and distribution, business development, project conceptualization and CAPEX and revenue projection. He has served various top water companies before officially joining Metro Pacific Water in 2021.

Prior to his assignment at Metro Dumaguete Water, Cabiles served as COO for Metro Pacific Iloilo Water (MPIW).
