Representatives from Ronda Pilipinas were in Dumaguete to meet with NOBA, the Silliman University Association of Biking Enthusiasts (SUABE), and the Oriental Negros Bikers (ONe Bikers), three cycling organizations in Dumaguete associated with environmental advocacy, and who will put their energies together for this event with other cycling groups in the Province.
