Meet and greet long lost friends on this special occasion. Listen and hear on what we have accomplished in support of our public schools and day care center in Negros Oriental.
What started as a simple get together by some Negrenses some twenty years ago, has grown to be what we are today. On February 23, 1991, at a picnic meeting held at the Cerritos Park, the constitution and by-laws were approved and the first set of officers were elected. Today, it has grown to a membership in excess of a hundred.
This year, we will celebrate our 20th Anniversary. To jump start the festivities, the Negros Oriental Association – USA (NOA-USA) based in Southern California will hold its annual summer picnic and election of officers on June 25, 2011 at El Dorado East Regional Park at 7550 E Spring Street, Long Beach, CA 90815.
We would like to call on our kababayans to represent the different municipalities and cities of Negros Oriental.
It will be a great time to rekindle and reminisce and share each town’s favorite delicacy. We invite everyone to join us. Games and prizes will be part of the fun.
Please save the date. Come one, come all!
