The Negros Oriental II Electric Cooperative has announced to its member-customer-owners that another collection center is located in the new Transmission & Distribution Department building in Pulantubig.

This is now open to serve MCOs, according to NORECO II General Manager Dionefred Macahig in a media release.

The new collection center in Pulantubig is open from 8am to 12 noon; 1 to 4pm Mondays to Fridays.

The collection center accepts all kinds of payment, to include current and old electric bill payments and miscellaneous payments, such as reconnection fee, membership fee, capital build up, service charge, bill deposit/load deposit and NORECO II identification cards.

The operation of this collection center is another step of the cooperative to deliver efficient service to the MCOs, said Macahig.

NORECO II is one of two electric cooperatives servicing Negros Oriental, with its area of coverage from Pamplona down to Basay.

NORECO I is the other power distribution utility firm covering the other half of Negros Oriental, from Tanjay City up to Canlaon City. (PNA JFP)
