President Benigno S. Aquino III has declared Friday, Oct. 19 as a non-working holiday in Negros Oriental to enable Negrenses to celebrate the Buglasan Festival.
In a statement, Malacanang said the declaration was made last month yet by President Aquino through Presidential Proclamation 472.
The Proclamation was signed by Executive Secretary Pacquito Ochoa.
