The Negros Oriental 2 Electric Cooperative (Noreco 2) has announced a power interruption from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Tampi, San Jose town down to Valencia and Siaton, to include the City of Dumaguete.

Beverly Gonzalez, Noreco 2 information officer, said the power interruption was announced by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines which will be replacing rotten electric poles and insulators.

Gonzalez issued a statement advising the public to take necessary precautions.
