Scooby’s Snack Bar has opened its latest branch in Go Hotels Dumaguete.

For more than 30 years, Scooby’s fast food restaurant has served Dumaguete Citywith reasonably priced foods that make you feel like at home, a media release said Wednesday.

Located first along Perdices St., Scooby’s was the only fast food chain in Dumaguete City in the ‘80s.

It grew in number with branches in other parts of Negros Oriental, such as Tanjay and Mabinay.

As the business evolved together with the development of the city, it served new menus and added a whole new flavor to its fast food restaurant which paved way to a café like business — Scooby’s The Bean Connection.

It also has been a food haven for students over the years.

One of its branches located near Silliman University is a good stop for music enthusiast as it provides an area where local artists and aspiring musicians can freely perform during an open mic in front of its customers.

Just recently, Scooby’s opened a new branch in Go Hotels Dumaguete, located beside Robinsons Place, providing a variety of food choices to local and foreign travelers.

With its budget friendly menu and variety of scrumptious food, Scooby’s separates itself from the mainstream fast food chains, which makes it special and unique, found only in Dumaguete City. (PNA)
