Screening for Miss Dgte set on Feb 3

The Miss Dumaguete Pageant Committee has announced the guidelines for ladies who wish to join the 2024 Miss Dumaguete Diamond Jubilee Queen.

City Tourism OIC Katherine Therese Aguilar said contestants may join the screening slated on Feb. 3 to be held at Manhattan Suites Inn.

The qualifications for Miss Dumaguete are: female, born or resident of Dumaguete for at least six months prior to the pageant, with a certified true copy of birth certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority; 18 to 26 years old as of Jan. 29, with a body height of at least 5 feet-3 inches; single and with no parental obligations; with good communication skills; not a current holder of any beauty title of any place or of any entity in the Philippines; of good moral character and pleasant disposition; has not committed any act inconsistent with public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its candidates, representatives, sponsors, and the City; has not been involved in or has appeared in nude or sexually provocative photographs or video clips.

Entry forms for the search of Miss Dumaguete-Diamond Jubilee Queen can be secured at the City Tourism Office. (PR)
