A graduate of the SU College of Architecture ranked No. 8 in the January 2020 Architecture Licensure Examination. Her batch garnered a 100 percent passing rate for the second consecutive year since the program first produced its graduates.
Edith Joy Supat ranked no. 8 in the Top 10 list. She is a pioneer Architecture graduate who completed her high school from Dumaguete Science High School.
Other successful examinees are Zandas Abenes III, Vince Allen Gulles, Mary Vail Lunor, and Inrica Pinero.
“The five board passers are the University’s second group from the pioneer batch to take the licensure exam,” said Architect Ned Carlos, lecturer at the SU College of Architecture.
He added that Supat was the first graduate to have placed the College in the list of Top 10 examinees.
The BS Architecture five-year degree program began at Silliman in June 2012 in response to a growing demand for well-trained architects in the industry. (PR)
