St. Paul University Dumaguete recently celebrated its 107th foundation from Oct. 23 and 26 to 29, anchored on the theme Keeping Alive the Paulinian Spirituality and Excellence with various meaningful activities handled by the Grade School department headed by its Principal, Sr. Bernadette Dumo, SPC, supported by the various working committees.
SPUD was founded on Oct. 29, 1904 by the seven sisters of the congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres (SPC), and is known as the only catholic university in the province of Negros Oriental, ISO-certified, PAASCU- accredited institution, and the Region’s Most Sustainable & Eco—Friendly School.
St. Paul University Dumaguete, a center of excellence in Catholic education is known for its value—laden and innovative academic programs and services, relevant research, and meaningful extension initiatives.
