St. Paul University Dumaguete celebrated its centennial highlighted by a search for the Alumnus Heritage Awards and Centennial Family Heritage Awards.
The alumni awardees: Ma. Luisa Magbanua, Paulita Teves Garrovillo, Sara Arrieta, Julia Divinagracia, Demetria Limquiaco Locsin, Lilia Javier, Dr. Consuelo Partosa Dela Cruz, Consejo Divinagracia, Zosima Concepcion, Consorcia Ablang, Virginia Roa, and Restituto Rosales.
The St. Paul High School Centennial Family Heritage recognition was awarded to the Pinili clan, 110 family members of whom graduated from St. Paul in the last 100 years, led by Francisca who graduated in 1927, and followed by Cristobal in 1951.
Paulinian education shares in the unique history and traditions of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres in France, marked by Christocentric-paschal spirituality, commitment to mission, service to community through one’s charism, urged on by charity for God and others. (Penn Larena)
