Meanwhile, in the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission for the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination held earlier, Silliman garnered an overall passing rate of 86.36 per cent, against the national passing percentage of 63.36.

Meanwhile, the Negros Oriental State University College of Engineering & Architecture continues its impressive run of producing topnotch engineers in the Province.
Known as a college that consistently performs better than most of its peers in the nation during board examinations, NORSU posted an 87.5 percent passing rate during the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination, and an 83.3 percent passing average for the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Exam. NORSU also had a 66.67 percent passing rate for the Registered Electrical Licensure Examinations. All the professional examinations were held this month.
The national average for the GELE, MELE and RELE are 37.5, 68.87 and 55.90 percent, respectively.
