PhilSouth Properties and Development Corporation greets Valentine’s Day through an unforgettable romantic evening dubbed “Terra Di Amore” on February 14 at 7 p.m. at The Clubhouse of Tierra Alta along Palinpinon Road, Valencia, Negros Oriental.
