The Outstanding Students of the Philippines — Alumni Community Region VII and RFM Foundation, Inc., in cooperation with the Commission on Higher Education Region VII will be holding Youth Hours 2012 simultaneously in Dumaguete City and Cebu City on January 28, 2012. YH is an annual youth formation workshop which is focused on the 3 pillars of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines program: academic and professional excellence, leadership, and social responsibility. This also serves as a marketing tool to signal the start of TOSP 2012 search around the Philippines.

YH will be participated in by student leaders and administrators from the different Higher Education Institutions in the region who are outstanding in academic, leadership, and social responsibility. Participants from Bohol, Siquijor, and Negros Oriental will have their YH in Foundation University, Dumaguete City.

On the other hand, Cebu participants will have theirs in University of San Carlos, Cebu City. In order to intensify the promotion of TOSP 2012, Cebu will also be holding mini-Youth Hours in Northern and Southern Cebu on Feb.4, and Feb. 11.

TOSP has active alumni groups both in Cebu and Negros Oriental who will facilitate the implementation of the said youth workshop.
