The city government of Dumaguete, Office of the Vice Governor and the Rotary Club of Dumaguete South launched Sunday morning March 25, a initiative project using used tires as artificial reefs with the first beneficiaries are the fishers folks from sitio Canday-ong, Barangay Calindagan in Dumaguete City.
