I thought the computer learning project article was mostly very good except for the last portion crediting the Rotary Club of Dumaguete South for establishing the project in 2005. This is not the truth. Targeting Little Cyberlearners (TLC) was established by Atty. Gilbert Arbon and me who was then a Peace Corps Volunteer in 2006. I credit many businessmen, politicians and educators for joining with us to form TLC, our non-stock, non-profit corporation. Many were Rotarians but an equal number were not.
