YMCA marks 51 years

The YMCA Negros Oriental celebrated last week their 51st anniversary with a formal signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation.

YMCA President Dr. Leo Cabrera formally welcomed the guests, and expressed gratitude for their continued support to their civic works.

Main speaker was YMCA lifetime member Judge Joseph Elmaco, who also launched his third book, a Cebuano translation of the Dangerous Drugs Act and procedure.

The event was graced by leaders from YMCAs in Baguio and Leyte. (PR)
