Registration is now going on for participants to the Provincial High School Campus Journalists’ Weekend Camp  slated on April 26-28, and organized by the Negros Oriental YMCA.

Participants to the three-day camp for campus journalists are high school students from public and private schools in the Province.

The theme for the Campus Journalists’ Weekend Camp is Campus Journalism: A Mechanism for Awareness-Building. Topics include: Basics of Campus Journalism, Social Network: Key to Modern-day Communication, The Role of Student Publications on Campus Issue Awareness-Building, and Expanded Campus Journalism as an Alternative Media.

The workshop camp will be held at the YMCA Guest House & Conference Center in barangay Talay.
